We work with the venue of your choice, using the in-house equipment when appropriate, to save time and money. Meeting
Our standard meeting setup consists of a sound system that suits the room, a podium microphone, and up to four wireless microphones (handheld, lapel or headset), presentation computers, video switcher, presenter remote and connections to in-house projectors/TVs (or we can provide them). Good for small groups up to 100 .
Plenary
Our plenary setup is essentially the same as the meeting setup, with the addition of a courtesy/confidence monitor and a speaker on the stage to hear audience questions clearly. Additional microphones can be added if needed. Good for groups up to 500.
Breakout Rooms
Our standard breakout room setup consists of a sound system that suits the room, a podium microphone, one wireless microphone (handheld, lapel or headset), a presentation computer, presenter remote and connections to in-house projectors/TVs (or we can provide them). Additional microphones can be added if needed.
Additional Items
Our packages are just a starting point. We can add or remove items to suit the event. Some additional items include:

Labour
All our standard packages include all the labour that is needed to setup, operate and strike an event. But, if you just need the labour, we can work with that as well!
